Digital products are delivered digitally via email, other physical products with Post or carrier.

Products can be purchased with VISA, Mastercard, Dankort, MobilePay, and via bank transfer.

Prices are displayed in Euros and include Danish VAT.

For subscriptions, it applies that the subscription price, as stated on the product page, is automatically withdrawn for each subscription period. A receipt for the withdrawal is sent via email.

You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription signup after the subscription is entered into.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to hello@worklifelab.com or by logging into your account and stopping the subscription yourself. The cancellation is immediate, and after cancellation, no further billing or withdrawals will occur. However, invoices already issued must still be paid.

If you wish to change the card from which the subscription is drawn, this is done by clicking on the link provided in each invoice.

Delivery usually occurs within a few minutes, but in very special cases, it can take up to 5 business days.

There is a 30-day return policy. If you regret your purchase within 30 days, please contact us at hello@worklifelab.com and you will receive a full refund.

All rights to courses, workshops, events, and digital products belong to Work Life Lab. By purchasing, you only obtain a license to use the purchased product as specified under the respective product.
